  1.                      TURKEY BLACK BEAN CHILI

  4. 1 lb. ground turkey
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 T. oil
  7. 2 large garlic cloves
  8. 1-1/2 T. chili powder
  9. 1/2 t. salt
  10. 4 oz. diced green chilies
  11. 2 28-oz. cans whole tomatoes, crushed
  12. 2 16-oz. cans black beans
  13. sour cream
  14. shredded cheddar cheese
  15. guacamole

  17.           Brown turkey and onion in oil.  Drain off fat.  Add
  18. crushed garlic and next 5 ingredients.  Bring to boil, reduce
  19. heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.  Serve
  20. topped with remaining ingredients.  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
